Golf Program in Schools is a 5-day in-school program with one of the days being a field trip to a local golf facility. Students completing the program receive a free Jr Golf Membership at their respective golf facility good for free golf year-round until high school graduation, or age 19 when accompanied by a paying adult. The goal is for families to enjoy playing golf together in a social media-free zone!
As of Spring 2022, GPS has introduced over 35,300 students to golf, and with additional funding will introduce 20,000 more students to golf in the next school year.
GPS is now expanding into multiple locations, and we look forward to being in your school soon!
TO SCHEDULE GPS IN YOUR SCHOOL
Look for available dates in the calendar below. Once you choose your week and have confirmed that you can get your busses for the Field Trip, call or email the office to book your week. A GPS week will be Monday and Tuesday in the school gymnasium or multipurpose room. Wednesday Field Trip. Thursday, and Friday in the gym/multipurpose room. If you cannot do a Wednesday Field trip, let us know and we can schedule your field trip for Thursday. Use of the gym/multipurpose room is required for all 4 in-school days.
